During these ever testing times, real estate technology provider Mallcomm has expanded their customer service team to support the requirements of its growing customer base in the Americas.

Within the past year, the Mallcomm team has vastly increased their US/CAN presence as the company grows globally. Most recently, Judah Kizer and Adam Rosenthal, both with technology and real estate backgrounds, have joined Mallcomm’s team as Customer Service Managers to ensure that the ever-growing clientele can be efficiently serviced, especially, during these tough times.

Mallcomm, originally a UK based company, opened its first US office on the East Coast in 2017 and recently expanded to it’s new LA headquarters, which is now headed up by the former Westfield Senior Vice President of Technology, Products and Services Randall McKillop. Together with business development and marketing support by Liz Dion, CRX, the US team has more than 30 years of shopping center marketing and operations expertise.  Over the past year, the multi-award-winning technology solution has had extensive uptake with clients such as Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Mall of America and Brookfield Properties, Retail, and has improved the operations, communication and engagement across 48m square feet of retail and mixed-use developments.

The team expansion enables Mallcomm to continue to provide excellent customer service and support property managers and retailers across the United States and Canada, keeping everyone in touch with one another, making employees more efficient and ensuring the safety of their communities. Mallcomm’s platform has been used by multiple shopping center portfolios as their primary source of communication and remote building operations. In the light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Mallcomm team has also provided clients with accelerated go-to-market strategy through the implementation of remote launches, enabling clients to reap the benefits of the platform when they need it most.

Randall McKillop, EVP of Americas at Mallcomm commented: “We are delighted that Judah and Adam have joined the team. Within this unsettling time, our offering only grows stronger as we continue to support multiple clients with remote launches to enable real time-communication distribution and operational efficiencies within their assets right now. How we have adapted as a team to provide the service our clients require is evident to why Mallcomm is the market-leading technology and how vital it is as a tool in day to day management and crisis situations.”
